I’m Paul, and ClearSky is just me. Bothwell is a conservation village, and the houses show it: Victorian sandstone round Main Street, and newer estates out towards Bothwell Castle. Uddingston is two miles along the road, so Bothwell and Uddingston go on the same run — and I already have customers on this side of Lanarkshire.

Old sandstone and big glass — how I clean it

Windows are done with pure water through a water-fed pole: no ladders leaning on old gutters or stonework, no chemicals on the garden, frames and sills done every visit. On older sandstone houses that matters — nothing gets scraped, nothing gets leaned on.

Everything outside your home — one person, one bill

Most window cleaners only do windows. I do all seven:

  • Window cleaning — pure water, water-fed pole, frames and sills every visit
  • Gutter cleaning — cleared by hand or with vacuum poles from the ground, whichever suits the house, downpipes flushed. Same price either way
  • Pressure washing — driveways, patios, paving
  • Roof cleaning — soft wash, never a pressure washer
  • Fascia and soffit cleaning — soft-washed, 12-month guarantee
  • Solar panel cleaning — £5 a panel
  • Conservatory cleaning — roofs too, the job most cleaners refuse

One visit, one person, one bill.

Bothwell FAQs

Do you work on older sandstone houses?

Yes. The water-fed pole means nothing leans on the stone or the old gutters, and pure water leaves no residue on the glass or the sills.

Do you cover the newer estates near Bothwell Castle?

Yes — all of Bothwell, plus Uddingston, Bellshill, Motherwell and Hamilton on the same route.

Can you clean the conservatory and fascias in the same visit as the windows?

Yes. Conservatories from £30, fascias and soffits from £80. One visit, one bill.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave the side gate open if the back is in the job. Pay after by card, transfer or cash.

Are you insured?

Yes, public liability. I’ll send the certificate before you book.
