Will it damage the plastic?

No. Soft brush + biodegradable cleaner. We don’t use abrasives. UPVC is durable but not indestructible — we use the right approach, not high-pressure jets that score the surface.

How often should I clean fascias and soffits?

Every 2-3 years for most Lanarkshire homes. More often (annually) if next to mature trees or in heavy moss areas.

Can you do guttering at the same time?

Yes — most efficient combo. Gutter cleaning + fascia/soffit in one visit. Bundle pricing applies.

What about UPVC restorers (cream cleaners)?

For very oxidized older UPVC (gone yellowy), specialist UPVC restorer can be applied after our standard clean. Quoted separately if needed.

Wooden fascia (older properties)?

Cleaned more carefully — softer pressure, gentler brushes. If paint is peeling/flaking, we can recommend repaint timeline.

Does spider web removal happen too?

Yes — included. Soffit vents and corner spider webs cleared during the visit.

What about the gutter directly above?

Cleaning fascia often dislodges debris from gutter line — that’s why bundling makes sense. Otherwise we tidy up but recommend gutter clean as separate add-on.
